rawshutterimages ("we", "us", "our") operates the NumbersPlay application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

NumbersPlay is designed with privacy as a priority. We collect and store the following information locally on your device only:

• Player profile names and avatar selections
• Lesson progress and scores
• Game statistics and achievements
• App settings and preferences
• Subscription status

None of this data is transmitted to external servers. All data remains on your device.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

NumbersPlay is designed for children and we take children's privacy very seriously:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
• We do not require children to provide any personal information to use the App.
• Player names chosen during profile creation are stored only on the local device.
• We do not use advertising or behavioural tracking of any kind.
• We do not share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• All parental controls sit behind a parental gate: an arithmetic question designed so a young child cannot pass it.

3. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service used by NumbersPlay is:

• Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit): Used solely to process subscription payments. Apple handles all payment information according to their own privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment details.

We do not use:

• Analytics services
• Advertising networks
• Social media integrations
• Crash reporting services
• Any other third-party SDKs that collect user data

4. Data Storage & Security

• All app data is stored locally on your device.
• No data is stored on remote servers.
• No internet connection is required for the app to function (except for initial subscription purchase/restoration).

5. Data Deletion

You can delete all app data at any time by:

• Removing individual player profiles within the App (Profile screen)
• Uninstalling the App from your device, which removes all locally stored data

6. Subscription Data

When you subscribe to NumbersPlay Premium:

• Your payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.
• We store only your subscription status (active/inactive) and period (monthly/annual) locally on your device.
• We do not have access to your Apple ID, payment method, or billing information.

7. No Tracking or Analytics

NumbersPlay does not:

• Track your location
• Access your contacts, photos, or other device data
• Use cookies or similar tracking technologies
• Collect device identifiers for advertising
• Profile users for any purpose

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.

9. Parental Rights

As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:

• Review the information stored in your child's profile
• Delete your child's profile and all associated data
• Control your child's access to the App through the parental gate
