Welcome to Phonics Play & Read ("App"), developed and operated by rawshutterimages ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Phonics Play & Read, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Description

Phonics Play & Read is an educational phonics learning application designed for children. The App provides interactive lessons, games, stories, and practice activities to help young learners develop reading skills.

2. Subscription & Pricing

Phonics Play & Read offers a free tier with limited content and a premium subscription that unlocks all content.

• Monthly subscription: $4.99 USD per month
• Annual subscription: $29.99 USD per year (equivalent to $2.50/month)

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

3. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Phonics Play & Read is designed for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• All data is stored locally on the device.
• No data is transmitted to external servers.
• Parent/guardian consent is required for any account changes via the parent gate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Phonics Play & Read, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, the Koda mascot character, and software, is the property of rawshutterimages and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
• Share subscription credentials with others

8. Limitation of Liability

Phonics Play & Read is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. rawshutterimages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rawshutterimages operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
